Ingredients: Chilli, Cumin, Fennel, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric & Salt.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Make a paste of fish fry masala with water and lemon juice.
  • Add salt if required.
  • Apply the paste on the fish pieces.
  • After an hour, deep-fry the pieces in oil.
  • Same masala can also be used to make potato or raw banana fry.
